No sinking or any damage to my previous memory foam mattress. My first from Bedinabox I had for almost 10 years and the only reason I bought a new one was I was "told" that I should. I'm not an expert in mattress manufacturing but I think the soft top layer is too thick and the high density memory foam doesn't offer support because of this. I purchased the relaxed firm and after 17 months my hips are hurting as well as my side. I contacted them about the stain and they offered to replace but I chose to try to remove the stain which I was able to. It arrived with a stain and a lot of loose threads. Great customer service but poor quality mattress. I've heard Saatva removes negative reviews from their website. Ask anyone after they've had it for a couple years what do they think. They have great customer service and good marketing which is why you see good reviews.
I have never spent so much money on a poor quality item. The Loom & Leaf also has small tears in the lop layer of fabric. It had a couple marks on the cover from moving but perfect condition otherwise.
